• Account information: name, email address, company name
• Customer and property data you enter into the platform
• Gmail OAuth tokens (when you choose to connect a Gmail account for sending emails)
• Usage data and logs to operate and improve the platform

3. How We Use Gmail Data

When you connect a Gmail account, GreenLine requests only the gmail.send scope. This allows GreenLine to send emails on your behalf (for example, job confirmations and customer communications). GreenLine does not:

• Read, store, or index your email inbox
• Access email history or contacts
• Share your Gmail data with third parties

Gmail tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to send emails you initiate through GreenLine. GreenLine's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use service providers necessary to operate GreenLine (such as hosting and database services) under confidentiality agreements, and only provide them the non-Google-account data needed to deliver those services. These providers do not receive Gmail OAuth tokens, mailbox data, or Gmail message content. GreenLine sends Gmail messages directly to Google only to provide the user-facing sending feature.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.
